1. Solid CBN Inserts

PCBN solid inserts are made by pressing hexagonal boron nitride powder and various binders into a blank under high temperature and ultra-high pressure in a specific ratio, followed by a series of grinding processes. The grade is SBN series. They are mainly used for semi-finishing and roughing operations on cast iron and cast steel, suitable for continuous to very intermittent machining conditions.

2.Brazed CBN Inserts

PCBN brazed inserts are made by welding an integral insert to a cemented carbide substrate through vacuum welding to form a blank, followed by a series of grinding processes. The grade is SBN series. They are mainly used for finishing and semi-finishing operations on hardened steel and alloy steel, suitable for continuous to moderately intermittent machining conditions.

3. Tipped CBN Inserts

 PCBN composite welded inserts. The cutting tip is cut from high-precision circular PCBN sheets with a diameter of 35-55mm and a thickness of 1.5-5mm. It is then welded to a cemented carbide substrate using high-temperature welding processes to form the insert, followed by various high-precision grinding processes. The grades are SBH and SBK series. These inserts represent the highest precision and technological level, primarily used for ultra-precision machining of various materials, offering exceptional surface finish and suitable for continuous to extremely intermittent machining conditions.

4.Coated CBN Inserts

Utilizing PVD nano-coating technology, various CBN inserts are coated to effectively improve heat dissipation, wear resistance, and chipping resistance under various working conditions, thereby extending tool life.

5. Non-Stanard Inserts

These inserts are made from various sizes of solid CBN insert blanks or CBN cutting tools welded to a carbide substrate through various contour grinding processes. They require extremely high precision in the grinding tools, abrasives, and grinding techniques, and are suitable for various grooving, contour turning, and milling operations.

6. Solid CBN Inserts with Dimple

These are non-standard custom inserts, made by drilling and dimpleting solid inserts. They are primarily used to improve the lifespan and machining stability of brake discs and drums to varying degrees, and also serve as a substitute for various ceramic inserts.
