The Introduction of TNGA tipped PCBN Insert

 

  • TNGA is an 60-degree triangle-shaped insert, which is made of PCBN composite sheet with excellent performance. It is a composite PCBN insert with a carbide base inlaid with a CBN tip. It is often used for finishing and semi-finishing of cast iron and hardened steel. , is a very commonly used cylindrical end face turning insert, the commonly used material grades are as follows:

  • TNGA series inlaid composite PCBN inserts are very commonly used turning inserts, which can withstand continuous, intermittent and heavy interrupted machining conditions. There are different types of cbn insert materials for cast iron and hardened steel parts, which can fully meet different customer needs.


  • TNGA composite PCBN inserts conventional ISO standard type 60 degree triangle inserts, commonly used models are TNGA1604, TNGA2204 etc. This series of inserts can also be customized by double-sided welding according to customer needs, so that 6 cutting edges, nose radius and cutting edges can be customized.
